Beginner Kayak course in Huesca
In this two-day course, you will learn the basics of kayaking, including equipment, balance, propulsion, steering, self-rescue, group safety, visual and sound communication, and current descent techniques.
- First Day: Welcome talk, equipment practice, safety (self-rescue, group safety, visual and sound communication), and technique (balance, propulsion, steering) on the Ésera River.
- Second Day: Practice on the Ésera River to perfect the techniques of reading currents, entering and exiting eddies, and descending rapids.

Intermediate Kayak Course in Huesca
This course is designed to consolidate the skills needed to descend Class III rivers. You will learn about psychological preparation, safety, reading rapids, and Eskimo roll techniques.
- First Day: Welcome talk, safety practice (individual and group, swimming) and Eskimo roll (in calm and fast waters) on the Ésera River, followed by video corrections.
- Second Day: Practice maneuvers, slalom, river reading, and the boof technique, with video corrections and experience discussions.

Advanced Kayak Course in Huesca

We travel to different rivers in the Pyrenees of Huesca to find the best sections for descents. From the Benasque and Ordesa Valleys with the Cinca and Cinqueta rivers, to Torla Ordesa with the Ara River.
