Yoga is a discipline that was born in India and is currently being practiced all over the world.
It helps develop our endurance and flexibility abilities, allowing us to appropriately drive our energy, multiplying our relaxation and concentration power.
An ideal activity for those who practice adventure sports, to learn to take care of our mind and body.
We offer you a class in the morning, dynamic and energizing, focused on awakening your body and preparing your muscles for the sporting activity. And another class in the afternoon, regenerative to stretch your body with slow and gentle moves through deep breaths and meditation, to oxygenate the body and to refill our energy.
Ideal to practice before and after adventure sports (kayak, rafting, etc).
