What does rafting on the river Ésera consist of?

Our rafting activity in Huesca, consists of descending in a boat of 6 to 10 people through the white waters of the river Ésera. You will be accompanied by one of our qualified guides to lead and help you during the descent. You can just focus on enjoying the adventure and nature in the Pyrenees!

Advanced rafting on the Ésera river

The first part of the descent is common with the initiation level, where you will practice the paddling commands, jump into the water… To be prepared for the advanced section, with more constant and more difficult rapids. Ideal for families with teenagers and groups of friends.

Full day rafting on the Ésera river

It consists of the initiation and advanced section, plus two intermediate level sections. You will enjoy a rafting trip and a picnic tasting of local products of the Aragonese Pyrenees. We will pass through the villages of Campo – Santaliestra – Besians.

In which sections can we go rafting in the Ésera river?

The Ésera river is an ideal environment for rafting

In the Ésera river we have several commercially raftable river stretches. Thanks to a dam located further upstream we have water available throughout the summer for this activity. Beginning in the town of Campo, we start doing the section known as “the chair” 8km, where children go down, then 5 km await us, the strongest section of the river “the Pyramids”. Then we can choose to continue to Santaliestra and Besians, 10 km of quieter waters which are very fun on rainy seasons. The whole route can be done in two parts or in a full day descent.
