The kayak baptism consists of descending the Ésera river in an individual rigid canoe. First, you will practice in calm waters to control the propulsion, balance and driving of the kayak; once this part is accomplished, you will begin to learn the dynamics of whitewater. Then you will descend the rapids, following the guide’s indications.
