In every activity of active tourism and adventure sports there is a potential risk derived from its own nature. The guides and technicians have the preparation and experience appropriate to the activity they develop. Following your instructions and guidelines, depends largely on the safety during the activity.

1.-The activities offered are subject to the conditions of the environment in which they are developed and of the people who participate, for which they may suffer total or partial changes before or even during the activity (meteorological, climatological, adverse hydrological, physical , etc.). In case of cancellation by Kayak Campo, the client will be entitled to postponement, replacement by another activity of its conformity or the return of the amount paid. In the event that the client at his or her own, due to not having sufficient physical form, because it is not in the optimum conditions for the development of the activity can not perform the programmed activity, the money corresponding to said activity will not be refunded in any case.

2.- The client has the obligation to inform about possible gestational states, requires specific medication, paraplegia, cardiovascular disease or presents a health risk that may affect the normal development of the program, as well as if he has been surgically involved during the last year , before engaging any activity. It also commits itself to not being under the effects of alcohol, drugs and / or narcotic drugs, as well as any other medication that may influence its ability to react. To participate in water activities is essential to know how to swim. The technical specifications of each activity specify the minimum conditions and ages necessary to participate. Minors must have authorization or be accompanied by a responsible person. In any case, and especially for advanced level activities, Kayak Campo may choose to take a preliminary test and reserve the right of admission.

3.- It is mandatory to fill out and sign the client form before the activity is carried out. In the case of minors who do not have a DNI, they will appear in the place where they live with their parents or legal representatives or their DNI.

4.- Kayak Campo’s commitment begins with the contracted activity, so it is the client’s responsibility to transport it to the facility or to the place where the activity starts, if applicable. The contract and responsibility of Kayak Campo exclusively affect The direct work of their technicians and the organization of the activity. Any activity subcontracted by Kayak Campo to another company, will be the responsibility of the latter any incident during the execution of the same.

5.- Prices are per person and include the direct services offered by Kayak Campo with VAT included and for the minimum group indicated. Unless literally the opposite is stated, the contracting of external services (accommodation, transportation, …) will be borne by the client, but to facilitate said services, can sometimes be managed by Kayak Campo.

6.- The price includes the necessary material, both individual and collective. Each piece of equipment specifies the equipment necessary for each activity and program.

7.-Kayak Campo reserves the right to take photographs or record any activity or part of it and to use the results of these for promotion purposes. By registering the participants of the activity, they allow their image to appear in advertising media. Members who prefer that their image and / or voice be not used for this purpose, should notify him about the activity.

Insurance
8.- In the price of the programs and activities, coverage insurance is included in cases of accidents. Rental services of material and equipment (without a guide), do not have the coverage of the assistance insurance.
Accident Insurance:
Policy No. Nº 20180820365155 contracted with the SURNE Insurance Entity.

Likewise, Kayak Campo has the corresponding Civil Liability Insurance before third parties with the coverage and amounts required by the regulatory decrees of the sector.
Civil Liability Insurance: Policy No. 1200060449 contracted with the Insurance Entity BERKLEY.

Contractual Terms :
9.- To confirm a reservation, the client must pay at least 50% of the total amount, by bank transfer or from our office of Kayak Campo. In programs or activities that, due to their characteristics, there is a need to modify these percentages, it will be recorded in their respective reservation. The remaining amount will be paid in the office of Kayak Campo, before the start of the activity.

10.- The client may desist from the services requested or contracted, being entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, but shall indemnify Kayak Campo in the amounts indicated below:
– It will pay management expenses, cancellations if any, and a penalty consisting of:
– 25% of the total amount of the reservation, if the cancellation occurs with more than 15 days and less than 30 days before the date of beginning of the program;
– 50% between days 4 and 15 before the date of beginning of the program
– 100% within 72 hours prior to departure.
– Failure to submit on the date and time indicated by Kayak Campo will imply the obligation of the client to pay the total amount of the reservation.
–Only in case of illness or force majeure, all the amount paid to the affected person will be returned, upon presentation of the corresponding report.

11.- Upon confirmation of the reservation, the customer will expressly assume all of the present General Conditions. In the event that a person registers another, he / she assumes in his / her name (s) all and each one of these General Conditions.

12.- There are complaint sheets available to the client in our office.
